1918 Born in Kyoto, the first son of Yagi Isso. 
1948 Established "Sodei-sha" with Suzuki Osamu. 
1959   Won the Golden Prize of Oostende National Pottery Making Award. 
1971 Won the Golden Prize of Prague National Pottery Making Award. 
   Became a professor at Kyoto City University of Arts
1973 Won the Golden Prize of Japan Ceramic Society
1979 Died of heart failure
