Maria Murayama : Stuffed animals

Sokyo Gallery is pleased to present Murayama’s first solo show Maria Murakami: Stuffed animals. Eighteen ceramics, made in institutions including the European Ceramic Work Centre (EKWC) in Holland; and the Shigaraki Ceramic Cultural Park, Japan, are shown. In addition, works made combining stuffed small animals with molded teacups, designed at the Pottery Workshop in Jingdezhen in 2014, China and works with the motif of children's toys furniture, produced by using 3D printer.
